Application Roadmap & Portal Instructions
1. Online Registration: Access the state horticulture portal (e.g., Hortnet, MahaDBT, UP Agriculture) or NHB portal (nhb.gov.in).
2. DPR Submission: Upload technical feasibility report with layout drawings and soil-water suitability test.
3. In-Principle Approval (IPA): Once vetted by the district committee, IPA is issued to start construction.
4. Joint Physical Inspection: Completed structures are verified by district horticulture officers and bank representatives prior to subsidy release.
